AN INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE

Accessibility

How we aim to make our website usable, and how to request assistance when something gets in the way.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

People should be able to understand SmartEdge Digital's services whether they use a keyboard, assistive technology, touch controls or a different communication method.

Our approach

We aim to use readable type, semantic page structure, labelled controls, visible focus styles and layouts that adapt to mobile screens. We work to improve accessibility over time, but we have not yet commissioned a full independent WCAG accessibility audit and do not claim complete conformance.

AI assistant alternatives

Nexi offers both voice and text interaction. You do not need to use the microphone to contact the business. If Nexi does not work with your device, you can use the Contact page or email us directly. Some voice-provider permission prompts and transcription features are controlled by third-party software.

Known limitations and testing

AI-generated captions may contain transcription errors, and spoken content is not guaranteed to match every accessibility preference. Third-party UI elements and provider features may not behave consistently across browsers. We continue to review keyboard interaction, screen-reader labels, focus behaviour and mobile usability.

This statement describes current intentions and known areas for review; it does not certify that every page or third-party integration meets WCAG 2.2 AA.

Request help or report a barrier

Tell us the page or feature involved, the problem you encountered and, if helpful, your browser or assistive technology. Email info@smartedgedigital.co.uk and we will review the issue and seek a suitable alternative where practicable.

Need clarity on something?

We would rather answer a specific question than leave you guessing about our website or services.
