We want concerns to be handled directly and fairly. This page explains the route to reach our team without making promises about response times we haven't contractually agreed.
Contacting us
Email info@smartedgedigital.co.uk with the relevant business name, the issue and a way for us to reply. For AI website issues, it helps to mention whether you were using Nexi voice, Nexi text or one of the scripted demonstrations.
Do not send passwords, bank-card details or other sensitive personal data. If an issue involves a client system, use any support route and incident terms agreed in that client's service contract.
What information is useful?
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Approximate date and time, service/page used, and any error message (without secrets).
- Whether the issue has affected customer enquiries, ordering, availability or another important process.
- The outcome or clarification you would like.
How we handle concerns
We review the information you share, clarify anything missing, investigate within the scope of the service and respond with an explanation or proposed next step. Complex incidents may need evidence from connected providers or systems.
Specific service levels, out-of-hours support, refunds, credits and contractual remedies apply only where they have been explicitly agreed in a customer's written contract. The website does not create an automatic 24-hour support commitment.
Privacy and AI concerns
For data rights or privacy requests, use the contact details in our Privacy Policy. For inaccurate AI responses, give a short description of what was said without including unnecessary customer details.
If you remain dissatisfied about personal-data handling, you may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
Need clarity on something?
We would rather answer a specific question than leave you guessing about our website or services.
